About

Caleb Dunomes is a 21-year-old undergraduate student at the University of California, Los Angeles, pursuing a degree in sociology. Starting his academic career with an interest in accounting and business, he earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration. However, during his second year he was struck with an idea—In My Mind, an unscripted docu-series that follows his creative journey as he learns from technicians, artists, and innovators.
While building a business remains a core passion, directing and producing both scripted and unscripted content became the next step in his long-term vision—one that includes launching a media company and fostering a creative community.
Since the debut of In My Mind, Dunomes has built a growing portfolio, including Goldmind (Summer 2025), the short film STATIC, and the upcoming experiential event, The Static Experience.
Beyond his work in media and entertainment, Dunomes is a dedicated leader and community builder. As a key figure in revitalizing the Black Student Union and serving in student government at Cerritos College, he worked to amplify student voices and create spaces for underrepresented communities. His impact earned him the Diversity Award for fostering inclusivity, the Cerritos College Legacy Award for establishing lasting change, and the Gold Falcon Award for outstanding leadership and service. These experiences continue to shape his approach to storytelling, as he aims to build creative spaces that empower and inspire others.
What began as an idea in a notebook has evolved into a dynamic creative venture. As he continues to develop his career in film and entertainment, Dunomes explores a wide range of disciplines, including writing, directing, producing, design, and event planning.
